nwu cannot be linked to OpenSSL

Thanks to Stephan Peijnik.

nwu cannot be linked to OpenSSL, since it's GPL.

So we must use GNU TLS.

This applies to nwu-server but also to nwu-agent

Should be fixed as of r390 in branches/stephan.

This still needs both to be tested and documented.

NOTE: The client code resides in nwu-server/nwu_server/SecureXMLRPC.py.

All testing here did go well so far, I am looking into closing the ticket.
