Description (Last modified by yvesjm)

Relevant information:

  • Hostname
  • IP
  • Distro-ID (Debian, Ubuntu)
  • Distro-Release (5.10, 3.1 etc)
  • Last seen

It is not possible to check if the machine is out of date because the server, at least at the moment, would not have a list of "current packages", since it can't trust in the information given by other clients. (Fixed already)

One possible way is to get that from apt-proxy's cache of "Packages.gz" for known distributions and components.
